Project Scope: Supreme Aluminum served as a liaison between the Iowa Condominiums Board and the DC office of Historic Preservation to replace previously installed non historic windows. This property is a historic landmark. Supreme Aluminum using pictures of the original building as built in 1900 was able to restore the appearance of decorative wood window trim, which had been removed during previous window replacement. This project required Supreme to contract with individual unit owners while still maintaining an affordable replacement cost.
