Supreme Aluminum's New Construction Division features a unique supply and install program for builders. Our installers are company employees who install thousands of new construction windows per year for builders throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
New Construction Window Installation Program
Each window is shimmed, caulked, and taped to meet rigid standards. Metal Industry, one of the largest window manufacturer in the country, certifies that our installation procedure exceeds all of their warranty specifications. Each house is pre-walked to insure that all rough openings are correct and then post walked to guarantee installation quality. Supreme Aluminum also has "in house" insulated glass capabilities. This means that replacement glass can be made in hours, giving us the flexibility to respond if glass is broken the day before turnover. We also feature a pre-settlement screen installation and quality check that will guarantee all windows are operating properly prior to move-in. |
